We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect with a strong command of AWS cloud platforms and deep expertise within the Financial Services Industry (FSI). This role requires leadership in the design and execution of cloud architecture projects, ensuring that outcomes are achieved efficiently, within budget, and in line with top-tier quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement comprehensive cloud solutions leveraging AWS technologies, tailored to meet client objectives and aligned with best industry standards.
  • Provide direction and oversight to technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of cloud-based initiatives.
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather, refine, and confirm technical requirements and project scope.
  • Evaluate current IT environments and propose effective strategies and detailed plans for migrating to the cloud.
  • Conduct thorough architecture evaluations and system analyses, offering actionable insights for transitioning to AWS.
  • Serve as a technical mentor and advisor, promoting best practices in cloud architecture and deployment.
  • Guarantee that all solutions adhere to required security protocols, and deliver the expected performance, scalability, and uptime.
  • Create and manage clear technical documentation, including system designs, architecture layouts, and configuration details.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture, particularly in cloud migration projects.
  • Proficient in AWS cloud services with a strong grasp of their applications and limitations.
  • Solid background in the Financial Services sector, with a history of delivering robust cloud-based implementations.
  • Expert knowledge in architectural design and cloud deployment methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven leadership abilities in guiding technical teams toward successful project execution.
  • Demonstrated experience in reviewing systems and offering strategic guidance on cloud migration approaches.
  • Skilled in producing detailed technical documentation and system architecture artifacts.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline.
  • AWS certifications are advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
  • Willingness to travel and undertake assignments abroad.
