**Key Responsibilities**:
**a. Customer Service**:
1. Greet customers as they enter the store.

2. Assist customers in locating products and answering questions regarding products, prices, and availability.

3. Provide recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.

4. Handle customer complaints and returns in a professional manner.

**b.** **Sales**:
1. Drive sales through engaging with customers, suggesting items, and upselling additional products.

2. Process sales transactions using the store's Auto count system.

3. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

**c. Inventory Management**:
1. Help maintain stock levels and ensure products are properly displayed.

2. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.

3. Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring a tidy and presentable sales floor.

**d. Product Knowledge**:
1. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the products sold in the store.

2. Stay updated on new products and market trends.

3. Attend training sessions provided by the store to enhance product knowledge.

**e.** **Team Collaboration**:
1. Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.

2. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in a hardware store or similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to [Insert weight] pounds.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with hardware products and their uses.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Auto count system.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions for customers' hardware-related issues.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
