We’re looking for a **Department coordinator** to join our in-house Creative team. We produce everything in-house, from our brand campaigns, marketing promo, collaterals, print production, social media and everything in between. And with a hunger for both brands to be bigger and bolder than ever before, we are now on the hunt for a brilliant department coordinator to be the glue that makes our Creative Department run smoothly.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring, reviewing and filtering all creative briefs, ensuring they are clear and thorough.
- Planning and monitoring resource to workflow, job briefing, booking in freelancer(helper), coordination between departments, fill in forms and documents support where necessary, liaising with Heads of Teams to escalate any concerns.
- Maximizing the Creative team’s workload efficiency by streamlining process.
- Managing & ensuring all the job info & content is up to date (work with copywriter).
- Managing the artwork approval process from artwork through to production.
- Sourcing, managing and negotiating with suppliers, printer or 3rd party fulfilment partners.
- Inspiring and motivating the team to deliver projects to the best of their ability.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a diploma in administration or relevant field.
- Possess at least 2 years of working experience in relevant field.
- Prior Experience in a similar role.
- Great organisation skills, methodical approach and meticulous eye for detail.
- A self-starter with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- Confident liaising with stakeholders, making decisions where necessary and escalating problems or project blockers.
- A love for solving problems and dealing with challenges and changes.
- Collaborative and happy to work with a mix of roles and people.
- Confident negotiator, or an appetite to learn.
- Understanding of the print/production process across media Understanding of design specifications.
- Creative/Design background preferred with a basic understanding or experience in Adobe, particularly Acrobat & Illustrator.
- An existing network of freelancers/agencies/production partners would be advantageous.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
