**Who You Are***:
Perform accounting functions such as month end closing, reporting, analysis and audit. Participate in company special project such as SAP improvement & Shared Service Transfer Project.

**What You Will Do**:

- Perform daily and month end closing activities on AP and Payment related areas.
- AP Analysis and reporting.
- Ensure local tax compliance during AP processing.
- Senior accountant to assist the AP manager in managing the AP team to ensure quality and reliable financial services.
- Liaise with Corporate Treasury in the aspect of Treasury and Forex.
- Cash and Payment Processing, Travel and employee reimbursement.
- Ensure compliance to internal control, Corporate and Local Policies and Procedures for all sites.
- Ensure service level provided by AP shared service staff match or exceed Service Level Agreement targets.
- Ensure issues and concerns raised by Customers are resolved timely.
- Ensure clear communication, ongoing business partnership and process improvement.
- Liaise with auditor independently.
- Carry out improvement project on all related work aspects.
- Support Site Financial Controller to ensure achievement of related management agenda and company project.
- Periodically review on related process, policies and procedures to ensure adequacy, effectiveness and audit compliance.

- Working experience in financial related areas.

- Bachelor's
- Field of Study_
- Accounting/Finance/Business Administration) or possess a professional qualification recognized by MIA.
- Years of Experience_
- (Minimum)_
- 3 - 5 years

**Preferred**

**Qualifications**:

- Preference to those with AP experience from manufacturing or shared service environment for senior position
- An independent person with strong communication skill, good team player and matured personality.
- Possess excellent excel skills and familiar with SAP.
- Willing to travel for shared service task transfer.
