Help them exploit their strengths and handle their weaknesses. Make sure they are properly equipped to perform their job the best they can. - Lead the app modernization and skill upgrading of the team. - Take the initiative to seek for opportunities improving our engineering practices - Contribute to the tech modernization and long-term capacity building. - Share the knowledge internally and externally through brown-bag sessions, public blogging, meetups and conferences. Who you are: - You abide by our values. - You embrace the autonomy given and fully understand the responsibilities that come with it. - You are a people person with 6+ years of experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams for both BAU and projects. - Ideally, you have years of software development experience and are passionate about various technologies, like ASP, Java, Node.JS, ReactJS/React Native, AEM, Microservices architecture, Kubernetes, automated testing, CI/CD, distributed tracing and centralized logging etc... - You have worked on public cloud.
