The P2P Analyst is responsible for managing and processing invoices efficiently and accurately.

This position is part of the Pall Accounts Payable (P2P) team located in Petaling Jaya and will be an on-site role.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Prepare AP Trade Balance Sheet Reconciliation on timeline manner
- Receive and verify the validity of invoices, ensure invoices are processed as per KPI and within SLA
- 3-way matching invoice process in SAP
- Obtain appropriate approval for non-PO invoices based on company Delegation of Authority

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Degree or professional qualification, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- 2-7+ years' experience in accounting, preferably in SSC
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and P2P process
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
