**Job Title: Executive Key Project Owner (EKPO)**

**Location: Kuala Lumpur**

**Job Type: Full-Time / Contract**

**Position Summary**:
The Executive Key Project Owner (EKPO) is responsible for the oversight, direction, and successful delivery of high-priority, cross-functional projects that are critical to the company’s strategic objectives. EKPO acts as the executive sponsor and accountable owner, ensuring that projects are aligned with business goals, delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Alignment**: Ensure projects directly support the organization’s strategic priorities and business outcomes.
- **Executive Oversight**: Provide leadership and direction across all project phases — initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Engage, influence, and communicate effectively with C-suite executives, department heads, and external partners.
- **Resource Allocation**: Secure necessary resources and ensure optimal team structure to meet project demands.
- **Risk Management**: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure contingency planning is in place.
- **Budget Ownership**: Oversee financial planning for the project, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Establish KPIs and success criteria; track progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure outcomes.
- **Change Management**: Champion organizational change initiatives and ensure effective adoption of new processes, technologies, or systems.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, strategy execution, or executive leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-impact projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and organizational dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- **Able to travel in between states as and when needed.**
