**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful contracting strategies and contractual performance.
- Navigate complex procurement processes and manage contracts, including negotiating terms, mitigating contractual risks, and ensuring compliance.
- Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and monitoring expenditures to ensure financial viability of projects.
- Provide expert opinion and critical challenge on contractual change and variations, providing timely and accurate recommendations to the sponsor.
- Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers to extract full value from contractual agreements.
- Manage multidisciplinary contractual parties, particularly in MEP systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Contract Management, if not Quantity Surveying/Construction Management, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on commercial management in construction and data centre projects.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and procurement processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
