Perform daily accounting operation in account receivable & payable, bank processing and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company’s policies, compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Handling full sets of accounts.
- Issue invoices & official receipts according to the charges.
- update payment details by verifying documentation (supplier invoice, staff claims and etc.) in outstanding sheets & make bank payments.
- Prepare online banking.
- Perform weekly bank re-conciliation.
- Assist the management to update Cash flow etc.
- Prepare monthly closing of accounts & reports and timely submission to the Management.
- Perform admin tasks including packing, shipping, and documentations and so on.
- Assist on procurement and documentation.
- Handle external auditors, tax agents, Corporate Income Tax, & SST matters.
- Assist Financing and annual review.
- Assist ad-hoc assignments, as and when required.
