RESPONSIBILITIES
ÂEngage with senior client technology leadership and establish credibility as trusted advisor.
- Lead major project workstreams independently, playing a client-facing role and responsible for successful delivery of outcomes. Lead or participate as team member in a multi-disciplined global delivery team
- Manage client expectations and create project deliverables as required
- Provide advisory services for ESA engagements, while hiring, training, and mentoring junior staff. Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplined global delivery team
- Identify ESA opportunities and created well-structured client proposals. Provide consultative sales support to achieve business growth including project scoping, technical requirements, proposal development, and presenting proposals to clients to market and sell services. Work with Sales and Account teams to develop and execute account penetration strategies
- Cultivate and grow senior client relationships in an advisory capacity. Assist with development of intellectual properties, service offerings, and related materials as required

QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ Years' experience in IT Services with at least 5 years as an Enterprise Architect/Strategic Advisor and 5 years in client facing consulting role.
- Successful track record in delivery and achieving/supporting business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with 'C' level clients. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build relationships
- Understanding of management consulting and IT frameworks to align business and IT organizations. Experience working with business stakeholders to capture business strategies and goals. Experience developing strategic road maps for clients incorporating business and technology drivers.
- Team Player and could effectively manage yourself through ambiguity and change
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- In depth knowledge of at least one industry verticals including regulatory and market trends. Experience in Banking and Financial Services, Energy and Utilities will be an advantage
- Additional language fluency (speaking) e.g., Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage.
