**Position: Software Support (2-3 Vacancies)**

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

**Location**: Johor Jaya

**Salary**: Starting from RM2500
- Chinese ethnicity
- Aged between 20-30+

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support and resolve customer inquiries related to AutoCount software
- Support clients with hardware, software, and basic networking issues
- Conduct software demonstrations for potential clients
- Respond to system-related customer calls
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in a relevant field
- Proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Goal-driven, persuasive, and result-oriented
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate with strong numerical ability
- Positive attitude and sense of responsibility
