Job Description:

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding the use of Sage 300 ERP & CRM applications and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central via phone, email and WhatsApp
  • Multiple opportunities to forge lasting relationships with our Singapore clients, making this an excellent opportunity for a talented executive seeking to take their career to the next level;
  • Conduct User Trainings to new and existing customers, ensuring to clearly communicate the use of Sage 300 applications and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and clear any doubts;
  • Work closely with the Support Team by assisting with projects in Singapore;
  • Opportunity to travel to Singapore for field trainings and bonding sessions with the Singapore Team when necessary;
  • Work closely with the Sales Team in coordinating activities such as scheduling of user trainings, technical/software installations or other activities that will aid in developing opportunities and sales;
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibition or conferences on behalf of the Company to promote Sage 300 & ISV solutions and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as extend our corporate network.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field;
  • Highly-motivated and result-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Sensitive to customers' needs and try to match the company's best interest and theirs to achieve the best outcome;
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin;
  • No work experience required.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Basic Accounting knowledge;
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
