The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, making recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. The role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Guest Service**:

- Greet guests promptly upon arrival, with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Ensure guests feel comfortable and attended to by providing high-quality service..

**2.** **Order Taking**:

- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
- Provide detailed information on menu items, including specials and alternative options.
- Make menu recommendations and upsell additional products when appropriate.

**3. Food and Beverage Service**:

- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure orders are accurate and meet guests' expectations.
- Serve beverages and refill drinks as needed.
- Clear tables and clean dining areas between courses and after guests leave.

**4. Communication**:

- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Coordinate with other waitstaff to ensure efficient service.

**5. Cash Handling**:

- Prepare and present bills to guests.
- Handle payments and provide accurate change.
- Process credit card transactions.

**6. Cleanliness and Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Set up tables and dining areas according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure that all table settings are clean and properly arranged.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
