Salary Range: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00
Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and well-organized Parts Administrator to oversee parts inventory, ordering processes, and documentation at our Johor Bahru service center. This role supports the technical and service team to ensure efficient parts management and accurate stock tracking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain up-to-date records for all incoming and outgoing parts.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile any variances.
2. Ordering & Procurement
- Manage purchase orders and track deliveries from suppliers.
- Verify received items against orders and ensure proper storage.
3. Documentation & System Updates
- Update system records for part codes, stock levels, and prices.
- Maintain clear documentation of parts movement and supplier transactions.
- Generate monthly reports on usage and costs.
4. Internal Coordination
- Liaise with technicians to ensure timely availability of required parts.
- Monitor and track parts issued per job order.
5. Compliance & Audits
- Ensure all processes follow SOPs and are audit-ready.
- Use inventory or ERP systems for data entry and tracking.
Requirements
- SPM or Diploma in a relevant field
- Experience in inventory, warehouse, or administrative roles is an advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and inventory systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday : 11.30AM - 8.00PM
