We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Carousel & Co. and ensure each guest has a seamless experience from the moment they arrive.

**Job Summary**

As a Host Ambassador at Carousel & Co., you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, providing information about our games, food, and beverage offerings and daily sales report settlement. Your role is essential in setting the tone for our guests' experience, offering friendly and efficient service while handling a variety of tasks. If you excel at customer service and thrive in a lively atmosphere, this role is an ideal opportunity to showcase your talents.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet Guests: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel acknowledged and valued.
- Provide Information: Inform guests about our games, dining options, and any special promotions or events.
- Coordinate with Staff: Communicate guest arrivals and seating preferences to waitstaff and game facilitators.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Assist with Service Team: During peak hours by taking drink orders, clearing tables, or supporting basic food service tasks.
- Handle Payments: Process guest payments for bookings or packages if applicable, following Carousel & Co. transaction policies.
- Assist with Guest Requests: Help guests with any specific needs, including event or game-related inquiries, to enhance their experience.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, host, or similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly demeanour with a passion for providing excellent guest experiences.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication abilities for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Organization Skills: Able to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of accuracy in managing reservations and guest requests.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
