We are looking for a Finance Executive to support the Manager, Finance based in RedQ, Sepang.

**SALARY RANGE: MYR3120 - MYR4680**

**A DAY IN A LIFE**

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

- Prepare reconciliation on the additional revenue based on system generated report vs CMS system.
- Perform day-to-day financial operations relating to revenue reconciliations of the Company and its subsidiaries.
- Prepare billing to customers for the Other revenue.
- Work closely with the operation team to identify the offloaded shipments.
- Independently work with shared services on the billing.
- Independently communicate with Agents to verify and investigate discrepancies in the reports.
- Assist the Finance Manager/Team Lead in preparing monthly finance reconciliation reports for Management on a timely and accurate basis.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices and related documentation or workings.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Adhoc task or project assigned by superior.
- Work closely with other finance team members to achieve departmental goals. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the current processes or report from the system.

- Excitement for how digitalization is changing the financial industry.
- Enthusiasm for Teleport and what we are doing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides), and other useful financial software is a plus.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Has/pursuing a degree in Accounting / Finance or Professional Accountancy Qualification (eg: ACCA/CPA Australia/MICPA, ICAEW)
- Fluency in English and at least another local language is a plus.
