**_Requirement: _**
- To be responsible for the full spectrum of production functions, including productivity, quality performance, Maintenance materials and job planning, control of manpower, cost optimization, process improvement, safety and housekeeping, health and environment.
- To ensure that all factory activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
- Monitor closely all areas of factory to ensure that all processing works are carried out to the highest standards.
- Prepares and manages operations within the production budget and reports variances monthly with explanations.
- Develops manufacturing strategies, quality assurance with control, safety and cost standards.
- Ensure the efficient use of materials, labour and machinery.
- Maintain favorable industrial relations by developing a TQM approach to continual improvement of the work processes. Establish semi-autonomous teams in each area of the operation to take ownership of the process.
- Product and services to acceptable level of quality
- Entire systems adopted are compatible with ISO 9001:2000 to maintain products at acceptable quality level. Manage the quality Assurance function and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Certification
- Ensure plant operates efficiently and minimizes wastage of materials, labour and other operating costs.
- Ensure company-wide engineering products are completed on time and budgets are at the forefront of technology.
- Carry out duties as and when directed by the management
**_Qualification & Experience: _**
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in Metal working industry with management experience. _(Similar industry and experiences are welcome to apply)_
- Worked with multiple levels of department including white collar and Blue collar.
- Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Sigma and other program/certification will be added advantage.
**_Preferable : _**
- Have good understanding or robust understanding of Manufacturing process.
- Plant Manufacturing knowledge
- Good experiences in FMCG - High Safety awareness environment.
- Have MNC background.
- Continues improvement on the organization (Factory Facet, Machine, Spare part and more)
- People development - Transformation new ideas, high energy and able to put extra mile.
- Someone who loves challenges and take them as opportunity.
- Good experiences knowledge in Maintenances Equipment & Plant Safety.
**Salary**: RM15,000.00 per month
