Job Description:

- Manage the end to end recruitment process from job design, sourcing, screening, presenting, coordination, salary negotiation, on and employment on-boarding
- Understand client/ stakeholders hiring requirements and furnish matching talent profiles
- You will be responsible to identify internal teams sourcing needs and objectives, setting and carrying out strategic sourcing initiatives and activities.
- With a strong flair in social media and digital platforms, you will develop, design, and execute talent pool management strategies, including; university graduate programs, job fairs and referrals, contract/temporary employees services, and talent attraction programs that demonstrated and showcase company branding.
- You will be responsible for all strategic sourcing related initiatives including job board relationships, internal and external education on recruitment strategies, sourcing strategy creation, innovation on internet and social
- media sourcing and appropriate brand presence on the internet / recruiting marketplace.
- Evaluate the market size, competitor accomplishments, and industrial structures and further enhance Millennium's dominance as thought leaders with the utilization of social media, digital platforms, mobile, and other recruiting strategies.
- Work with client/stakeholders to understand and identify key requirements for hiring needs.
- Prepare sourcing plans and manage talent pool.
- Provide strong direction around talent sourcing using social media and digital and mobile channels.
Job Requirements:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates with the right attitude to learn will be considered
- Expertise in using advanced search techniques in order to deliver and identify the right talent
- Must have a high level of expertise in sourcing strategies and market research
- Experience in talent sourcing across social medial and digital platforms will be ideal
- Experience with job boards and recruiting strategies will be added advantages
- Exceptional capabilities in innovative sourcing strategies
- Must have good communication skills
- Applicants must be willing to work at the Bangsar location.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 5 Full-Time position(s) available.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
