**JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE**

**1. Tanggungjawab Utama**
- Merancang dan melaksanakan strategi **sales & marketing** untuk mencapai KPI dan objektif syarikat.
- Membangunkan awareness jenama dan meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan baru & pelanggan repeat.
- Menyokong operasi jualan harian daripada inquiry hingga after-sales.

**2. Tugas Harian (Daily Tasks)**
- **SALES**_
- Menyediakan quotation, invoice dan maklumat produk dengan tepat.
- Follow-up pelanggan secara konsisten sehingga berjaya close sale.
- Bina hubungan baik dengan pelanggan sedia ada untuk repeat order.
- Menyediakan laporan jualan harian/mingguan/bulanan.
- Pastikan semua order diproses dan dihantar mengikut SOP.
- **MARKETING**_
- Merancang, menyediakan dan menjadualkan content di media sosial (FB, IG, TikTok, Shopee, Website).
- Menghasilkan copywriting, poster, video dan bahan pemasaran lain.
- Menguruskan kempen promosi & marketing calendar setiap bulan.
- Membuat iklan berbayar (FB Ads/Google Ads/TikTok Ads).
- Menganalisa data marketing seperti engagement, reach, conversion dan ROI ads.
- Memantau trend pasaran, produk pesaing dan kehendak pelanggan.
- Memastikan brand syarikat konsisten dari segi visual, tone dan mesej.

**3. Kemahiran Diperlukan**
- Komunikasi yang jelas & mesra pelanggan.
- Kemahiran closing dan negotiation.
- Copywriting & content creation.
- Pengurusan media sosial.
- Basic editing poster/video adalah bonus.
- Faham funnel marketing & customer journey.
- Boleh bekerja dalam target & dateline.

**4. Kelayakan**
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree (bergantung syarikat).
- Pengalaman dalam sales/marketing adalah kelebihan.
- Mahir guna WhatsApp Business, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Shopee, TikTok dsb.
