**招聘要求**
- **学历要求:**至少具有商学管理、市场营销或相关专业的SPM水平。
- **工作经验:**拥有2至5年销售、业务拓展或客户管理经验,并有成功达成销售目标的历史记录。
- **CRM工具与数据分析能力:**具备高级CRM工具使用技能以及数据分析能力,以提高销售业绩。
- **谈判与组织能力:**具有良好的谈判技巧、组织能力及客户关系管理能力。
- **潜在客户开发与关系管理经验:**具备潜在客户生成技巧和有效的关系管理经验。
- **AI应用经验:**具备应用人工智能以提升工作生产力的经验。
- **语言能力:**流利的马来语、英语和普通话。
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Proactively identify and pursue new online sales opportunities to expand the client base.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client satisfaction and sales strategies.
- Respond client inquiries or concerns quickly and professionally.
- Explore opportunities to promote additional products or services to existing clients.
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction and service performance to team leaders.
- Share client feedback with the team to improve services.

**Requirement**:
- At least SPM level in Business Management, Marketing or related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a demonstrated history of achieving sales targets.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis to enhance sales outcomes.
- Good negotiation, organizational skills, and client relationship management capabilities.
- Experience with lead generation techniques & Relationship Management
- Exposed into AI to support work productivity
- Proficiency in Malay, English and Mandarin
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend jobs
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus
