**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in comprehensive logistics environment with strong background in import / export arrangements.
- Knowledge on automotive spare parts and pricing is an added advantage.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, etc).
- Dynamic, self-motivated, initiative and able to communicate effectively with all levels and external parties.
- A team player, proactive, independent and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Willing to work 5 1/2 days per week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute daily logistic activities comprising transaction documentations, customs clearance, transportation, and shipping arrangement within the targeted time frame.
- Monitor daily local and outstation deliveries / shipments and monitor / track daily trucks movement.
- Monitor and prepare daily physical stocks level report and replenish the necessary stocks according to needs.
- Manage, maintain, update and ensure all accuracy for all records, files, material, inventories and actual stock count.
- Monitor closely performance of the logistics and transportation service providers in terms of quality, delivery and service.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
