Talent Sourcing Partner

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible to support the key recruitment process which includes advisory intake, shape and deliver talent strategic sourcing initiatives as well as first line screening to determine the match to organization hiring need.
- Leverage on a range of digital channels to support your talent searches and continuously look for new and innovative ways to engage and attract key talent
- Maintain recruitment trackers to provide timely and accurate update on sourcing support and provide recruitment metrics for reporting purpose.
**Requirements**:
- Solid understanding of full cycle recruiting
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing tools for volume hiring
- Prior experience in Recruitment Research, Mapping, Lead Generation, Talent Pooling
- Strong team player, self-starter, collaborative and super responsive partner.
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to consult, negotiate and make an impact
- People person - networker; attention to detail, creative thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong administrative, time management and organizational skills
**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
