ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Talent Sourcing Partner you will support recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging
talent across retail, operations, and corporate functions. This is an excellent opportunity for
someone early in their sourcing career to grow and contribute to the talent strategy of a
premium, high-performing retail organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies for niche, leadership, and critical roles in retail operations, merchandising, marketing, and corporate functions.
- Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing needs.
- Conduct searches using platforms like LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and internal databases to identify suitable candidates.
- Reach out to potential candidates with tailored messaging to spark interest.
- Build and maintain talent pools for high-volume and recurring retail roles.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity.
- Support employer branding initiatives by sharing curated content and job postings.
- Assist in screening resumes and coordinating initial outreach.
- Own market mapping, talent intelligence reports, and DEI-focused sourcing initiatives.
- Nurture long-term candidate relationships to ensure a ready pipeline for future hiring.
- Champion the employer brand across digital platforms, networks, and passive communities.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or professional certificate in Human Resources Management or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, research, or HR support (luxury retail or fashion
- industry is a plus).
- Knowledge of sourcing tools and job platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for luxury brands, customer experience, and retail excellence.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
