Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Are you passionate about attracting top talent and building an engaging workplace culture? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who can lead our recruitment efforts with energy and expertise, and supporting in other HR related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding great talent.
- Partner with business leaders to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in creating a positive workplace culture.
- Handle HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping, new hire p-file, and data management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR related role.
- Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic about employee engagement and HR best practices.
- Process driven, meticulous and detail-oriented.
