Accounts Assistant

**Job Responsibility**
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Performing account and bank reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
- Assisting in the general financial management and analysis
- Performing administrative tasks & support, such as sorting letters, filing documents
- Performing ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager
**Job Requirement and Skill**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications - Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Good command in English & Malay.
- Attention to detail, able to work independently, good communication skills, hardworking, responsible, and a positive attitude.
- At least 3 years of working experience.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bandar Kinrara: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
**Experience**:
- Accounts Receivable: 3 years (preferred)
