**About the Team**:
The Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region. The team helps sellers to market their products across regional markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfilment and business intelligence. - To drive and execute growth and functional initiatives for the Cross Border Warehouse business
- Engage with regional and local stakeholders to monitor performance, identify issues and implement solutions for the Cross Border Warehouse business, including the Warehouse Operations Teams, Seller Management Teams based in Asia, Payments, Marketing Campaigns and other enabling functional teams
- Perform analysis and performance reporting where required related to the warehouse and category performance, and is able to leverage on numerical data to derive business insights and demonstrate business impact from the analysis performed
- Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks, and resources
- Problem solve across business development and operational units, and design solutions to resolve key issues affecting the warehouse performance or stakeholders
- Have a deep understanding of market landscape, buyer behaviour, and plan the effective solution and growth initiatives for business performance

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-6 years of working experience, warehouse, data analysis, supply chain or relevant experience will be advantageous
- Possess strong analytical skills and sensitivity to data
- Strong competency in PowerPoint and Excel type software for presentations and analysis
- Strong communications skills and stakeholder management
- Strong ability to execute, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and drive initiatives from end to end
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with internal stakeholders from across the region
