**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a **Business Analyst** to join our team and bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, participating in system implementation, testing, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and developers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in tendering and pre-sales meetings with business units.
- Conduct requirement gathering and prepare functional specifications.
- Involve in SOP/EDI flow discussions to support integration.
- Assist in defining and managing project plans for system implementation.
- Analyze and propose improvements to business and technical models.
- Collaborate with system architects and developers for solution implementation.
- Conduct system integration testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide training to end users as needed.
- Offer ongoing system support and troubleshoot user issues.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with **SQL scripting** and preferably **.NET** or **C#** technologies.
- Strong understanding of business process flows and system integration.
- Experience in system implementation, UAT, and functional testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Knowledge of GMP, validation processes, CSV, or change management.
- Familiarity with EDI flows and enterprise-level systems.
- Exposure to SOP documentation or regulated environments.

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

- Business analysis in Logistics: 3 years (required)
