Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory, logistics, and showroom activities.
- Oversee vehicle procurement, pricing, and market competitiveness.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the team to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Prepare regular sales and operational performance reports for senior management.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 8 years of experience in the automobile industry, with a strong focus on sales and operations.
- Proven management experience, including team leadership and strategic planning.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian automobile market and customer behavior.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve sales targets.
- Local citizenship or permanent residency is mandatory.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
