Job Position: Stamping Vice Manager Job ID: 34816 AH C(A45) Company Background: Solar Tracker System Manufacturer Salary Range: Basic MYR7,000 - MYR9,000 Working Hours: Monday -Friday 8am to 5pm Location: Senai, Johor. Benefit: Lunch provided Responsibilities: - o - Organize the subordinates and guide them to complete the enterprise production plan and achieve the enterprise production goals. - Plan and complete organizational production goals - Coordinate the work of the production management team. - Work closely with the R&D department to develop new products, innovate technologies and technological processes, and improve product quality. - Formulate and implement inventory plans and production cost control plans. - According to the production and processing process and technical requirements, determine the qualifications and work steps of the required personnel, and assign work tasks. - Preside over the appointment, training and assessment of department employees. - Collaborate with other departments to meet existing customer needs. - Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously available to carry out production processes. - Ensure safety measures and procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards. - Ensure production process is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: - Min Diploma Cert, preferred in Engineering background - Metal stamping industry is preferred - Ability to work well in team base environment - High sense of production - Adapt to work under pressure - Ability to use own initiative and creative
