**Key Responsibilities**
- **Coordination & Planning**:

- Coordinate all on-site M&E installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Liaise closely with the Architectural, Structural, and Civil teams to resolve clashes and integration issues.
- Attend regular M&E coordination meetings with other subcontractors and consultants.
- Monitor M&E work progress against the master program schedule and report any potential delays.
- **Quality & Compliance**:

- Inspect all M&E works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, local authority regulations, and quality standards (QA/QC).
- Review and verify M&E shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements from subcontractors.
- Prepare and manage M&E inspection and testing records.
- **Site Management**:

- Assist to supervise and guide M&E subcontractors and site supervisors.
- Ensure strict adherence to company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies on site.
- Identify and resolve site issues related to M&E works promptly.
- Assist the Project Manager in all M&E-related matters.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum [3-5] years of relevant working experience in M&E site **coordination** for high-rise buildings, commercial projects, etc.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Solid knowledge of M&E systems (plumbing,etc.).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting M&E and architectural drawings.
- Familiarity with relevant local authority requirements and submission processes.
- Competency in software such as AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word). Knowledge of BIM is a plus.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
- Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
