As a Site Supervisor, you manage daily construction site operations, overseeing workers and subcontractors to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule standards, acting as the key link between management and the crew by coordinating tasks, enforcing rules, inspecting work, managing resources, and reporting progress.

This includes,

  • Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance.
  • Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly.
  • Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.
  • Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports.
  • Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all activities align with the project plan.
  • Ordering and managing the inventory of construction materials to ensure a steady supply without excessive overstock.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget of the project.
  • Attend meetings.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years+ of working experiences in construction/supervision especially in residential construction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety laws.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
