Job Scope:

- Develop annual work plans and summaries aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Promote a culture of lean manufacturing, quality assurance, and environmental responsibility.
- Formulate investment plans to ensure safe factory operations and enhance competitiveness.
- Monitor monthly production and inventory targets, ensuring alignment with market demands.
- Analyse manufacturing costs, identify trends, and implement cost-optimization strategies.
- Review and improve key process capabilities, yield rates, and RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks related to safety, environmental compliance, and occupational health.
- Ensure workplace safety and discipline by overseeing daily 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices and compliance within departments.
- Oversee the implementation of maintenance and repair plans for equipment and facilities to ensure operational safety and optimal equipment utilization rates.
- Manage and align the daily operations of functional departments to achieve agreed-upon objectives.
- Implement management training programs to build a robust leadership pipeline and ensure long-term organizational sustainability.

Job Requirement:

- Bachelors' degree or above, major in production management, quality management, etc.
- 10 years or above working experience in production management, PCB manufacturing, experience in foreign enterprises is preferred.
- Proficient in using office software and QC (Quality Control) methodologies.
- Required to master tools, certifications, and any specific customer requirements for the role.
- Solid foundation in ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.
- Capable of emergency preparedness and familiar with corresponding contingency plans.
- Strong report-writing and presentation skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork spirit.
- Ability to mentor and train subordinates, with a proactive approach to developing talent.
- Strong problem-analysis and resolution skills.
- Handle additional tasks as required to meet organizational needs.

Pay: RM20,000.00 - RM25,000.00 per month
