- Responsible for the overall operation of Warehouse management.
- Conducts improvement analysis for the existing operational systems, processes, and policies in the warehouse.
- Manage all aspects of purchasing, receiving, storage, and inventory control.
- Ensures timely submission of monthly inventory data and performs monthly stock-take reconciliation.
- Provides inventory revenue and cost performance analysis report of the product to the management team for review of product performance.
- Manage logistic matters to ensure the stocks are delivered accurately and timely without delay and damage or loss.
- Monitors good return and reject good cases. Performs investigation and find a solution to reduce the return cases.
- Establishes strong customer relationships in order to facilitate achievements of objectives and targets for the company.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Manage logistics operations and shipping procedures and documentations.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 1 year (required)
- People Management: 1 year (required)
- Warehouse management system: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Bahasa (preferred)
