The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations related to car spare parts, ensuring efficient inventory control, timely order processing, and smooth daily operations. This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of automotive parts, and the ability to maintain an organised and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Warehouse Operations

  2. Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching spare parts.

  3. Ensure proper labelling, shelving, and organisation of all automotive parts.

  4. Monitor stock movement and ensure accurate documentation for all transactions.

  5. Inventory Control

  6. Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and physical inventories.

  7. Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.

  8. Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items.

  9. Order & Delivery Management

  10. Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

  11. Plan and supervise delivery schedules and dispatch processes.

  12. Ensure all outgoing goods match customer orders and quality standards.

  13. Staff Supervision

  14. Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.

  15. Schedule manpower, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

  16. Ensure adherence to company policies and safety guidelines.

  17. Safety & Compliance

  18. Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.

  19. Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of automotive parts.

  20. Implement and enforce warehouse SOPs.

  21. Reporting

  22. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports (stock reports, receiving logs, outgoing summaries, etc.).

  23. Report issues related to stock, operations, or staff to management promptly.

Requirements

-A male applicant; availability to join in Jan 2026 .

-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in automotive spare parts.

-Strong knowledge of car spare parts and inventory systems.

-Able to use warehouse management or inventory software.

-Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

-Physically fit and able to oversee warehouse activities.

-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM8,876.51 per month
