Responsibilities

· Liaise with customer service and transport companies to ensure all deliveries are executed to meet the satisfaction of the customer in terms of accurate quantity and product quality.

· Manager outsource truck companies and ensures delivery management arrangement

· Manage cost of distribution.

· Manage billing procedures related to distribution.

· Manage and responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring right products delivered to customers.

· Responsible for overall warehouse inventory accuracy and integrity.

· Enforce FIFO principle in deliveries, storage and replenishment of stocks to minimize ageing, deterioration and wastage of materials.

· Prepare SOPs and work guides for the overall warehouse processes. Enforce proper housekeeping and compliance to the standards required by company and compliance with safety, environmental and health requirements.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/logistics/warehousing management

· Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse/distribution operations. Experience in managing a 3PL facility is essential

· Competence in inventory management, freight forwarding, and customs documentation

· Knowledge and hands-on experience in WMS & other software applications

· Possess strong planning, inventory control and data analytical skills.

· Computer knowledge with ability handle data and reports with good oral and written of English and Mandarin is MUST

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6, RM7,500.00 per month
