**Job description** **Company Overview** YC Capital Sdn Bhd (”YC”) was incorporated in 2016 as an investment arm for business especially in F&B, IT, agriculture and farming. Beside that, YC also successfully kick off its IT solution company i.e. RabbitSend Solutions Sdn Bhd by launching its Super App in 2021 **Position Overview**: To provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support for special projects, ensuring smooth execution of project activities, timely communication among stakeholders, and efficient documentation and reporting. **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Provide day-to-day administrative support for special project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and managing correspondence. - Assist in monitoring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure they align with the project plan. - Maintain and organize project files, contracts, approvals, and other critical documents. - Liaise with internal departments (e.g., finance, procurement, HR) to support project needs and obtain necessary approvals. - Prepare and compile reports, minutes of meetings, progress updates, and presentations for stakeholders. - Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, site visits, and events related to the project. - Track budgets, expenses, and invoice processing related to the project, ensuring alignment with financial controls. - Follow up with vendors, contractors, or partners on deliverables, timelines, and compliance with contract terms. - Support risk and issue tracking and escalate concerns to the project manager as needed. - Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support project success. **Qualifications & Requirements**: - Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. - Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or project coordination role, preferably involved in cross-functional or high-impact projects. **Skills Needed**: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of project management tools is a plus. - High attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus Work Location: In person **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus - Signing bonus Work Location: In person
