**Position : Personal Assistant**
**Salary Range : RM 2,500 - RM 3,500**
**Working Hour : 9am - 6pm**
**Location : Old Klang Road KL**
- Maintain and organize the calendar, ensuring meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders are scheduled efficiently and aligned with priorities.
- Manage documents, reports, presentations, and other materials. Assist in the preparation, editing, and formatting of documents for meetings, presentations, or reports.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items discussed during meetings.
- Assist in project management by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate project objectives.
- Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining filing systems.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned, which may include research, data analysis, preparing presentations, or coordinating events.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
