Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounting Manager in all accounting tasks.
- Prepare and process financial/accounting documents (invoices, payments, etc.).
- Assist with general office data entry and general office administrative works.
- Maintain office and financial records.
- Support the payroll process.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting is preferred but not compulsory.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Good computer skills, especially with financial software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in the quarrying and mining industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting and tax rules is beneficial.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
