To provide day to day level first level support of SAP order to cash and Procure to Pay processes to Panasonic Malaysia users.
- Good understanding in the areas of sales and logistics distribution business processes.
- Experience in SAP MM & SD module.
- Provide day to day first level support of SAP Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes in relation to issues in SAP system and non-SAP system.
- Be able to perform initial testing or troubleshooting of issues within the system (eg: SAP)
- Able to understand user's requirements and communicate to L2 functional team for changes in SAP system.
- Assist in IT Administration and review any process control gaps and raise with IT manager to implement processes and policies to address those gaps.
- IT SOX and audit first contact point on Local IT systems. SoD (Segregation of Duties): act as first contact point between Regional IT team and local business user to review role conflicts, SAP access controls and transaction permissions. Working closely with PA Internal auditor and business user on SOD conflicts and develop mitigation plan.
- **Job Requirements**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of SAP support (SAP MM & SD preferably) in a local or MNC setup environment.
- Good knowledge in SAP structure and business processes.
- Team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently with other team members and also regional IT teams.
- Good problem-solving skills with customer mindset.
- Those with strong cross functional experience in any other module (SAP SD/ SAP FI) is an added advantage but not compulsory.
- Experience in project management is an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
