**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree.
- Fluent in **English, Mandarin and Cantonese (Incumbent required to liaise with China & Hong Kong clients).**:

- Preferably with outspoken personality.
- Presentable outlook and personality.
- With Customer Service experience is added advantage.
- Computer Literate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Required to service existing consumers who subscribed to the service in the Company’s website and assist the team to run campaigns in social media platform such as Facebook to generate potential leads to the company.
- Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services or obtain details of complaints.
- Convince customers for contract renewal.
- Handling on-boarding process and teach customers on how to use the platform.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
- Enhance and improve current process.
- Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients.
- Following process and procedure of the Company.
