**WHO ARE WE ?** The **Purchasing Executive** is responsible for managing the procurement of goods and materials to meet business needs, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products. **WHAT WE SELL?** Full range of fashion related products ranging from men's to women's, from formal wear to casual wear. **EMPLOYEES** 80 - 90 staff **COMPANY REWARDS** - "Top Orders 2022 in Fashion Category in Lazada" - February 2023_ - "Top 3 Sidec ECM 2024, 2nd Runner Up " - May 2024_ - "the CHAMPION for Top E-Commerce Merchant 2025 award organised by Sidec"_ **JOB DESCRIPTION** 1. Procurement and Vendor Management - Manage purchase orders (PO) for stock replenishment, new products, and customized materials for the warehouse and suppliers. - Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. - Develop and maintain supplier relationships, including handling disputes or claims regarding product shortages or quality issues. 2. Inventory and Stock Control - Collaborate with the warehouse team to monitor stock levels and forecast inventory needs. - Maintain accurate records of stock details, including product codes, sizes, colors, and quantities. - Track and handle discontinuations or changes in supplier offerings. 3. Logistics and Delivery - Track shipments to ensure timely delivery, updating internal stakeholders on delivery statuses and ETAs. - Resolve delivery issues, such as missing items, damages, or incorrect quantities, with suppliers or logistics partners. 4. Data Management and Reporting - Maintain detailed procurement records, including costing, shipping fees, payment details and logistics details. - Track and update shipment statuses, delivery dates, and other logistics-related data in internal systems. **REQUIREMENTS** - Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, or a related field. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Proficiency in Mandarin is **compulsory** for supplier communication. - Willing to relocate/travel in **Kapar, Klang**. **WORKING DAYS & HOURS** - Monday - Saturday, (Saturday work from home) - 9.00am - 5.30pm with 1 hour meal break. - 1 days Rest Day. **BENEFIT** - 6 days per week (Monday - Saturday), alternate Saturday. - 4:00pm - 12.30am (break hour in between) - Additional leave - Free parking - 15% staff discount on Desince products - Insurance & medical coverage (including panel clinic) - Medical benefits - EPF / SOCSO / EIS / PCB - Monthly lunch gathering treat - Company trips & staff activities - Annual salary increment - Yearly bonus - Company-provided laptop and necessary devices - Positive company culture and supportive working environment - Opportunities to grow and build a long-term career with us Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Free parking - Health insurance - Maternity leave - Meal provided - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Ability to commute/relocate: - Kapar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Application Question(s): - How long your notice period? **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Retail sales: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) - Chinese (required) **Location**: - Kapar (required) Work Location: In person
