We are seeking a passionate and driven Retreat Sales Executive to join our team at THE HOOTON RETREAT SDN. BHD. in Klang, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our exclusive wellness retreats to potential customers, ensuring we continue to grow our client base and deliver exceptional experiences.

**What you'll be doing**
- **Event Sales**: Work with **event planners, wedding organizers, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) clients** to sell retreat event spaces.
- **Corporate Sales**: Sell **team-building retreats, corporate meetings, and company retreats** to businesses.
- **Agencies Sales**: Secure partnerships with **travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate travel planners**.
- **Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new sales opportunities** to increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **key decision-makers** in the travel, event, and corporate sectors.
- **Negotiate contracts, pricing, and packages** to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct **sales visits, presentations, and site inspections** for potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed **monthly and quarterly sales targets** through proactive sales efforts.

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally within the hospitality, tourism, or wellness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting customer needs
- Passionate about health, wellness, and providing exceptional customer experiences
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
