**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Purchasing Administrator**
a) Procurement of standard component and raw material as per order by customer.
b) Manages suppliers by evaluating and monitoring ongoing delivery and quality performance.
c) Coordinating supplier deliveries to minimize freight costs and aggressively communicates with suppliers to ensure an uninterrupted supply chain and will take the initiative to elevate issues within the supply base.
d) Governs the complete procurement process from Purchase Order submission to Purchase order receipt based on ISO 9001 standard. Ensure that purchasing documents (i.e. purchase orders), are processed completely and accurately and submitted on-time to suppliers; responsible for maintaining correct costs and integrity of purchasing documents.
e) Ensure correct pricing, specifications and quantity against purchase order upon receiving of incoming goods.
f) Responsible for communicating non-conformance to suppliers and negotiating credits.
g) Create Standard Operating Procurement.
**Sales Admin**
b) Issue Quotation, confirm receipt of purchase order and confirm on delivery made.
c) Negotiate and provide feedback on delivery schedule.
d) Liaise with customer and supplier on technical issue.e) Coordinate between sales person and customer.
f) Plan and manage daily dispatch route schedule.
g) Create Standard Operating Procedure for Sales Coordinator.
h) Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2-5 years experience, preferably in the manufacturing/ trading industry
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
