**Job Descriptions**
- Able to prepare marketing material
- To conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- To actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- To set up meetings with potential clients; listen to their requirements and concerns
- To prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- To work towards monthly or annual targets.
- To participate on behalf of the Company in trade exhibitions, conference or meeting
- To present regular updates and prepare monthly sales reports for Management Review
- To perform ad hoc assignment as and when required by the Management
- To develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the Company’s products, services, campaigns or events that align with customer behaviour patterns and business goals
- To propose marketing plans including promotional materials, advertising opportunities and marketing campaigns
- To conduct competition research, market data analysis and present an excellent ideas to identify the target audience
- To plan, create and boost an excellent content update (photos and videos) and schedule posts for the Company’s website and social media platform i.e, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Tiktok
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Diploma in any field
- Minimum 1 - 2 years extensive sales as Sales Executive
- Possess valid driving license and own transport
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales / business development
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in learning attractive presentations
- Computer literate
- Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to work long or irregular hours when required for events
