The Finance, Admin HR Assistant works with the Finance Officer and HR Manager and will report to Finance Executive/HR. His/her job functions are:
- To assist in preparing Payment Voucher & Issue cheque.
- To assist in receiving, checking & processing invoices, requisition for expenses and payment.
- Maintain proper filing & record of Payment Voucher.
- To ensure all supporting documents for payment purposes is in order.
- To monitor and scan documents in the cloud
- To assist Finance team with others day to day operations.
- Handle other ad-hoc financial assignments.
- To handle Donors Management
- To record of donation/sponsor received (cheque/cash)
- To record donors, contact details
- Preparation of Tax Exemption receipt.
- Daily HR administrative works as assigned
- Perform other duties as when required.
We are looking for a proactive, responsible individual who has the following requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting. Applicants with 1-2 years of experience in accounting will have an added advantage.
- Self motivated & continuously seeking opportunities to excel and improve in the finance delivery system.
- Must be computer literate - MS Word & MS Excel. Have knowledge of computerised accounting system - SQL will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently, committed, proactive able to multitasking and with mínimal supervision.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
**Salary**:
- RM2,200 - RM2,500
Fresh graduates in accounting field are encouraged to apply.
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
