We're now looking for a
Finance & Admin Executive
— someone who can keep our financial engine running smoothly while ensuring the back-office stays organised and compliant.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle
    invoicing, quotations, and monthly retainers
    across multiple companies.
  • Monitor
    payments and receivables
    , follow up on overdue invoices, and generate ageing reports.
  • Record
    supplier bills, staff claims, and credit card expenses
    accurately in Xero.
  • Manage
    cash flow updates
    , prepare payment lists, and assist in monthly closings.
  • Process
    EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, SST, and tax payments
    on schedule.
  • Reconcile
    bank statements daily
    and ensure financial records are up to date.
  • Work closely with the team on
    audit, tax, and compliance filings
    .
  • Support
    general admin tasks
    — filing, document organisation, and coordination between departments.

Who We're Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in
    Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
    .
  • 2–3 years' experience in
    finance or accounting operations
    (SME/startup experience preferred).
  • Proficient in
    Xero
    or similar accounting software.
  • Strong command of
    Excel/Google Sheets
    .
  • Good knowledge of
    Malaysia's statutory payments and basic tax procedures
    .
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and self-driven — you don't wait for reminders to close books or submit payments.
  • Able to handle multiple deadlines and communicate clearly with teams.
