Job Description:
Finance and Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance Management:
  • Handling basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
  • Managing invoicing, e-invoicing and billing processes
  • Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting
  • Liaising with external accountants or auditors as needed
  • Administrative Support:
  • Managing office operations
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Assisting in the organization of company events and meetings
  • Supporting the CEO and other team members with various administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical and Soft Skills:

We would expect that you either have the following skills or upskill yourself as you journey with us via online learning platforms:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel for financial tasks
  • Basic understanding of financial principles, e-invoicing  and bookkeeping
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • Life and leadership experiences are prioritized highly
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, finance, or administrative roles
  • Experience in a training company is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong command of the English language
