We are seeking an experienced and reliable **Admin & Finance Lead** to manage and oversee day-to-day administrative operations and financial coordination across our hospitality group. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and confident in managing multiple responsibilities independently. You’ll work closely with the management team and external accounting providers to ensure smooth back-office operations and financial compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Finance Oversight**
- Monitor and manage company expenses, petty cash, and claims across hotel branches
- Prepare and compile monthly financial data (invoices, payments, payroll, claims)
- Coordinate with outsourced accountants for statutory submissions, SST, and financial reports
- Review and track monthly cash flow, forecasts, and payment schedules
- Managing accounting software for all hotel entities
- Maintain proper financial records and support documentation for auditing and tax filing

**Administrative Leadership**
- Organize and maintain contracts, business documents, vendor records, and HR files
- Supervise onboarding documentation and staff record compliance
- Liaise with vendors, landlords, and authorities (e.g. SSM, EPF, SOCSO) when required
- Coordinate scheduling, internal meetings, and follow-up reports with the management team
- Support procurement records, supplier database, and cost-tracking systems

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field
- Minimum **2-5 years of experience** in finance and administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and **accounting software**:

- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- **Fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin proficiency is preferred**:

- Must be based in Klang Valley and able to attend weekly team meetings in Mont Kiara
