1. **Customer Service**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service.
- Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and report to supervisor when needed.

2. **Food & Beverage Preparation**
- Prepare and serve food and drinks according to the standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Assist in stock preparation and restocking of ingredients, condiments, and packaging.

3. **Cashiering / POS Operation**
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately for billing and payment.
- Handle cash, credit card, or e-wallet transactions responsibly.

4. **Cleanliness & Hygiene**
- Clean and sanitize workstations, kitchen tools, dining areas, and equipment regularly.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines (e.g., glove use, handwashing, proper storage).

5. **Teamwork & Communication**
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support team members during peak hours and cover duties as required.

6. **Compliance & Safety**
- Comply with all company policies, safety guidelines, and health regulations.
- Wear proper uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,850.00 per month
