Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet every customer with a big smile and warm welcome – customer satisfaction is your top priority
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure every guest has a pleasant experience
  • Be fully familiar with all Mixue menu items and able to clearly explain and recommend products to customers
  • Actively promote products and upsell when appropriate
  • Prepare all products according to HQ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to maintain consistent quality
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including stock count, cleaning, and equipment checks
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure all raw materials are available to support daily operations
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kiosk/shop, including both internal and external areas
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and assist in achieving outlet sales targets and profitability

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude with a passion for customer service
  • Friendly, responsible, and able to work well in a team
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • No experience required – training will be provided
  • Basic understanding of F&B operations is a plus
